Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the full name given to her parents. Lennox, who studied for three years in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. Lennox was able to survive on the stipend of a student, and worked part-time to supplement her earnings. Lennox was a student in the Royal Academy of Music in London, was unhappy in her performance when in comparison to her peers. She started to think about other options. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976, in the band Dragons Playground. However, she left before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. Between 1977 and 1980 she served as the lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop band. They met Dave Stewart, with whom they would create the pop duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began to work on her solo first album Diva which was released in 1992. It was a huge success both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennoxs Six solo album, released in October 2014 is Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. Lennox has selected her top jazz, blues and soul songs. Lepidoptera was recorded by Lennox on the 19th of May 2019. The album is consisting of four tracks improvised. The E.P. This is the companion album to her Now I let the door open... artwork, which was displayed at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. It's also her debut self-released album. Lennox and Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, would go on to gain international recognition in the 1980s as the Eurythmics. Lennox started her own solo music career in 1992, through the album Diva. It included a number of famous songs like walking on Broken Glass and What's the Matter with You. Medusa a studio album that was released in 1995 features versions of some of her best-loved songs, including The No MoreI I Still Love Yous (and A Whiter Shade of Pale). Her solo catalog includes six studio albums and one compilation album to her credit.
